Set up a small AI-animation pilot
A limited pilot is easier to evaluate than replacing an entire production process. Choose one repeatable step with a clear review standard.
Choose the experiment
Define the input, expected output and acceptance criteria. Identify who will review results and what remains manual if the tool fails.
Record the settings
Keep prompts, references, model versions and export settings with each result. This makes differences between attempts easier to explain.
Evaluate the handoff
Test the output in the software and file formats used by the next stage. Include review time, storage, revision effort and permissions in the decision to continue.
